Economic Forecast & State of the Industry Breakfast
The Construction Association of Michigan and the Home Builders Association of Southeastern Michigan have hosted an annual Economic Forecast since 2010. This presentation will address GDP Growth, Inflation, and the Construction Outlook, followed by Q&A.
Advanced registration is required. Registration includes breakfast, the presentation, and post-meeting presenter meet-and-greet on the EXPO show floor.
CAM 141st Annual Meeting, Keynote
The 141st Annual Meeting of the Construction Association of Michigan takes place at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly known as Suburban Collection Showplace), in conjunction with the Great Lakes Design & Construction EXPO. The Annual Meeting will include the CAM Annual Report, induction of new board members, presentation of the CAM Magazine Project Achievement Awards, and a keynote address.
Each CAM member firm is provided with one free pass to the CAM annual meeting. Additional tickets are available for purchase. Information about utilizing the free pass will be sent via USPS and via email to the company's main point of contact. Online pre-registration is required, and no walk-ins will be allowed.

1. Where and when?
The Great Lakes Design and Construction EXPO will be held in Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly known as Suburban Collection Showplace) on February 10, 2027. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. Exhibit hall opens at 8:00 a.m.

3. What are the registration rates?
Visiting the EXPO exhibit hall is FREE. There are some additional meetings and educational workshops that may be associated with a fee. Visit our Learn page for more information.

Out of town attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to make a reservation at the Hyatt Place Detroit/Novi, which is conveniently attached to the Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly known as Suburban Collection Showplace).
